Unique Selling
Proposition
As mentioned, the
AutoCustom Referral System with
NextLevel Marketing will
provide you with your own effective USP (Unique Selling
Proposition). So what is this USP, and why is it important? Very
simply, it is your personal and distinct differentiator from the
rest within your profession. You may have heard about the USP
concept but have struggled with how to effectively distinguish
yourself from the rest of the "crowd". And I do mean
EFFECTIVELY
differentiate yourself. What you might think is a USP, such as
"Million Dollar Producer", frankly doesn't truly serve as an
effective differentiator. Your target market is bombarded with
all kinds of advertising and marketing that "glorifies" the real
estate agents (your competition), and they are
overwhelmed and confused. What you need is something truly
unique to differentiate yourself from your competition. If you
are going to utilize your referral members as your primary
means to generate new clients, it is your referral
member that is going to "sing your praises". Of course if your
referral member is a past client, they hopefully will pass along
positive information about your performance. If you add to
this the fact that you are still "servicing" your clients after
the closing, this is a truly effective USP. Ask yourself how
many agents continue to "add value" well after the closing. My
guess is your answer is: "not many, if any at all". The added
value, of course, is the valuable free information you are
providing that will help enhance your referral member's home and
family experience. In summary, you could describe
this USP as: "The
client focused agent who continues to serve his/her client
after the closing." I want you to
seriously consider the impact this USP has on potential clients.
When your past client referral member passes along your name to
a prospective client, they will happily not only mention how
professional you were, but how you continue to supply them with
valuable information focused on home and family. To the
prospective client, this presents the agent (YOU) as
someone who really cares about their client and is willing to
offer assistance long after the closing!
