PERSONAL PLEDGE BROCHURE

I highly suggest that every real estate sales professional develop a personalized pledge statement. The pledge should outline your personal commitments to your clients. It should also be designed in a simple to reproduce and mail format. I specifically suggest a one page (8 1/2" X 11") tri-fold brochure format that can be easily inserted in a standard 4 1/8" by 9 1/2" envelope. A document publishing program such as Microsoft Publisher can be utilized to develop a professional looking brochure. To help "stimulate" your creativity, I have developed a sample brochure which reflects a suggested format and provides some ideas for specific pledge points.
