So what is included in this new and unique system? The AutoCustom Referral System contains 61 customizable direct mail and email letters all targeted at your referral member database. Each of the letters are designed as an executable (.exe) file, which allows anyone with a Microsoft Windows Operating System (95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista) to open the file and complete the letter. {Sorry, this system will not work on Apple/Macintosh computers.} This unique approach offers flexibility since it can be integrated with whatever Word Processing system you possess. In fact, you don't even have to have Word Processing software, since it will even work on Windows Notepad or WordPad (one or both come standard with your Windows Operating system).   The AutoCustom Referral System was designed as a powerful, yet simple to use system. Even if you have minimal computer skills, you will find this system extremely easy to administer!

I have considered every angle when designing the referral member letters. The system includes 7 initial/introductory direct mail letters targeted to your specific referral member (e.g. family members, friends, past clients, future clients). This introductory letter will establish the recipient as an "official" referral member for inclusion in your RCMD (Referral Contact Management Database). More information on the RCMD is provided later in this letter.

The system also includes 27 direct mail and 24 email recurring monthly letters which provides you with a full three year supply of recurring "communications". After the end of the three year cycle, you can reissue the letters and associated insert/documents, since it is likely your referral member will have forgotten about the communications sent three years previous.

The system was designed so that the monthly recurring letters would be sent either via direct mail or email. Each of these letters are unique and focus on a selected subject for the given month. To be specific, the system was established so that nine monthly letters are issued each year. To offer a "break" in the letter issuance, we suggest three postcards be issued each year to cover the three "non-letter" months. We do offer suggestions on the content of the postcards in our system instructions. In addition, the system provides 3 direct mail letters which serve as a "thank you" for your referral members when they provide you with a lead.

A cost effective format for the majority of the inserts - We have designed all but one of the documents in a pamphlet or brochure format so they can be easily inserted with your monthly direct mail letter in a standard size envelope. This helps reduce your postage costs. The exception is the "Guide to Home Ownership" document, which is issued in a 8 1/2"x11" format because it is too large to incorporate in a pamphlet format. This document is made available to the letter recipient upon request.

You will receive the inserts/documents in two formats. One format is designed for inclusion with your monthly recurring direct mailings. For referral members who prefer to receive the monthly letters via email, we have also set up the inserts in a format that can be "attached" to your email. For agents who have a web site, the email formatted home and family themed pdf documents can be uploaded to their web sites with the email/letter modified to include a link to the document within the web site. This approach eliminates the need to include the informational document as an email attachment.

All of the direct mail formatted home and family themed documents were designed to allow for placement of your name and "advertising" information on the front page of the insert/document. This offers you another means to advertise your services. Since some of your inserts may be passed along to others by your referral members, you can gain further exposure. In fact, some of the letters encourage your referral member to freely share the information or mentions to have an interested party contact you to obtain the free document.

A very affordable approach in providing your referral members with a "value added product" - After your initial affordable investment in AutoCustom Referral System with NextLevel Marketing, you will find it very inexpensive to operate this system going forward. After I factor in a small margin to cover my document preparation/finishing cost, you will likely find that I can provide you completely finished, ready to mail pamphlets and brochures for less than what you can reproduce an unfinished copy. The $10.30 pricing mentioned above was developed based on the assumption you purchase completely finished pamphlets and brochures through my reproduction services. Most of the standard pamphlets and brochures are designed with an attractive color cover.
