Contents of the System So what is included in this new and unique system? The Stay In Touch For Success Marketing System© (RE Edition) contains 73 customizable direct mail and email letters (includes extra/bonus letters mentioned below) all targeted at your referral member database. Each of the letters are designed as an executable (.exe) file, which allows anyone with a Microsoft Windows Operating System (95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista) to open the file and complete the letter. This unique approach offers flexibility because it can be integrated with whatever Word Processing system you possess. In fact, you don't even have to have Word Processing software because it will even work on Windows Notepad or WordPad (one or both come standard with your Windows Operating system). I have considered every angle when designing the referral member letters. The system includes 16 initial/introductory direct mail letters targeted to your specific referral members (e.g. clients, family members, friends, and others within your "sphere of influence"). The introductory letter will establish the recipient as an "official" referral member for inclusion in your RCMD (Referral Contact Management Database). More information on the RCMD is provided below. The system also includes 27 direct mail and 27 email recurring monthly letters which gives you a full three year supply of recurring "communications". After the end of the three year cycle, you can reissue the letters and associated insert/documents. This three year cycle is effective because it is likely your referral member will have forgotten about the communications sent three years previous. --> As mentioned, Stay In Touch For Success Marketing System© is designed to operate on a three year cycle. However, I recognize some system users may prefer to issue new/fresh letters and informational documents after the three year cycle. As a result, I have created a Year 4 and Year 5 option which is available should you wish to expand the system to either a four or five year cycle. Each of these letters are unique and focus on a selected subject for the given month. To be specific, the system was established so that nine monthly letters are issued each year. To offer a "break" in the letter issuance, you can opt to either send nothing on the three "off" months or send some other form of communication (e.g. postcard, newsletter). In addition, the system provides 3 direct mail letters which serve as a "thank you" for your referral members when they provide you with a lead.
Along with the issuance of the monthly recurring letters, you will obtain UNLIMITED rights to reproduce and send to your referral members the 62 informative documents (includes extra/bonus documents mentioned below). All of these documents are centered around home and/or family. Whether the documents offer suggestions on saving money or enhancing the readers' home or family "experience", your referral member will find the information within these documents interesting and informative. A few of the documents may not specifically apply to a given referral member, but they may very well pass it along to a friend or family member who they believe will find the information of interest.
